Updating New IGT Order Get Error After Duplicating An Existing IGT Order

You have encountered an unexpected error.
Please contact your System Administrator for assistance
STEPS
-----------------------
1. From the IGT Orders tab, select existing IGT order
2. Select Duplicate from the lists of values.
3. Create new IGT order
4. Updated the POET, then clicked cancel.
5. When selecting the new order, and trying to Update the order, an error is received.
