Symptoms

Error when trying to save adjustments:

APP-AR-11526: arp_process_adjustment.insert exception:
ORA-20001: Account Generator is unable to derive information for one or more of the following accounts

Following are set up:

Cross-validation rules exist.
Dynamic inserts set to "Yes".
AR Substitute Balancing Segment set to "Replace Balancing Segment."
