Symptoms

After Setting the configuration for one extension (as Brazil SERASA extension for example) the customer form either never loads or fails with error.

 

 

SCENARIO 1 - When entering the Account Details and the Customer Form hangs

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers -> Create/Maintain Customers
1. Query Account.
2. Click on account details.
3. The page never loads completely, and the "Loading" icon continue to spins indefinitely.

 

 

SCENARIO 2 -When trying to Personalize the Account Details and an error occurs

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers -> Create/Maintain Customers
1. Query Account.
2. Click on account details.
3. A "Loading" message appears.
4. In the top part of the screen, click on Settings -> Personalize Page.
5. The java exception below is reported and personalization settings are not shown.
