Symptoms

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Treasury Responsibility  --> Settlements --> Transaction Validation
2. Enter a value for "Validated From" and try to fetch eligible records that need to be validated.

It takes a very long time to fetch records.
