Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Basic SysAdmin functions, maintenance
Applied Patch 33671306: R12 ENHANCEMENTS: PROGRAM OPTION PROPAGATION, FILE EXT WITH FILE FORMAT, EMAIL DELIVERY ATTACHMENT OR BODY.
When clicking on the Diagnostics button from the Administer Concurrent Manager form and selecting a request for the Standard Manager, the Diagnostics data is blank.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Log into System Administrator responsibility -> Concurrent -> Manager -> Administer.
2. Then select Standard Manager -> Requests button -> select Request -> select Diagnostics button.
3. All fields in the Request Diagnostics window are blank/empty.
