Goal

Custom Template defined for Price Book does not show up in LOV on Price Book creation page

Steps:

1. Using XML Publisher Administrator responsibility, Copied the seeded Price Book Summary Template (Code:QPPBSUM) to define custom template with code "XX_QPPBSUM" and attached custom RTF template.
2. Navigate to Oracle Pricing User -> Reports
3. Click on Create Price Book
4. Under LOV of Template, custom defined template is not shown up
