APP-FND-00806: The Default Value Yes Is Not Valid For The Segment (Doc ID 2906274.1)

Symptoms

While trying to submit a concurrent request getting the below error message.
However, still able to click OK and submit request and get the output.
This issue happens only when setting the preference as Spanish Language and submit the program from its related responsibility.



ERROR

APP-FND-00806: The default value Yes is not valid for the segment p_open_only. The specified value will be ignored. Please inform your system administrator that:
Add the value Yes to the value set for the segment p_open_only or select another default value on the Key Structures Segments or Descriptive Structures Segments screen. Use the Edit fly-in program or the Report Sets Setup screen to get the default values ?? for the Standard Report Run.
The Yes value does not exist for the Open Orders Only structure segment in the Yes_No value set.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
• Login to Oracle Applications
• In the home page Click on the Preferences
• In Languages tab, select Spanish for the 2 fields Current Session Language, Default Application Language

• Switch to Order Management responsibility
• View requests -> Submit a new request -> Order Lines Summary Report
• Provide the required parameter values
• Tab out and error message is seen.
  Click on Accept, find error message for another parameter (p_inc_entered)
  Click on Accept, find error message for another parameter (p_inc_quotes)
