When Querying a Mass Addition Line in the Mass Additions Form it Errors With 'FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup.' (Doc ID 2906287.1)

Symptoms


After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11, when opening the Mass Additions form the following error occurs

ERROR

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup.
This could happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fixed Assets responsibility
2. Mass Transactions > Mass Additions
3. The error shows in the Mass Additions summary form

Changes

 Upgraded the instance from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11.
