UK: RTI FPS Reconciliation Report Is Showing Incorrect Figures for Taxable Pay and Tax Paid Values for Some Employees (Doc ID 2906334.1)

Problem Statement:

When checking the output of the 'RTI FPS Run Reconciliation Report', which is spawned after running the "RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2022/23" for one period, the Taxable Pay and Tax Paid values are not matching with the payroll figures for some employees.
The issue can be seen in the output of the 'RTI FPS Run Reconciliation Report'.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to UK HRMS Responsibility
2. Navigate to View > Request > Submit a New Request
3. Run the RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2022/23 report
4. Open the output of 'RTI FPS Run Reconciliation Report' which is spawned by the concurrent request run in step 3 >> check the values for Taxable Pay and Tax Paid
