Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Workflow Mailer

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Iexpense mails are not received

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once mailer is up and running mails should be sent

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
OAM >Workflow manager >Service components>Test mailer

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive iexpense mails.
