ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After running "EMEA VAT: Final Reporting Process", observed that FINAL_REPORTING_ID column is not filled in jg_zz_vat_trx_details table.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to have FINAL_REPORTING_ID column filled in jg_zz_vat_trx_details table.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP localization responsibility.
2. Go to View > Requests > Submit a new request.
3. Run "EMEA VAT: Final Reporting Process".
4. Run below query and observed that FINAL_REPORTING_ID column is not populated.
Changes
The issue was observed after upgrading from R12.1.X to R12.2.X version.
