Contract Clause Keyword Search Does Not Return all the Expected Results

Symptoms
The Keyword search results are incomplete. There are known Clauses that contain some keywords, but these Clauses are not being returned in the search. Expect all Clauses containing the keyword to be returned by the search.
STEPS
1. Using the "Contract Terms Library Administrator" responsibility..
2. Navigate: Contracts > Contract Terms Library > Clauses
3. Click the "Analyze Contract Clauses" button.
4. Search for the Keyword "hereunder".
5. Review the resultant clauses See that the Standard Purchase Order '1151581' is not returned even though it has a Clause containing the word 'hereunder'.
