In Oracle iProcurement and Oracle Purchasing, with Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) enabled, Release 12.2.x:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Demand Workbench - Issuing Office parameter looks at base document and ignores amendment changes

If a Issuing office is changed though an Amendment, in Demand Workbench the requisition gets listed on the base issuing office and not on the new issuing office.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Demand Workbench should show the new issuing office


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Base document issuing office: ABCD
Amendment 1 changes the issuing office to: XYZ
User goes to Demand Workbench and tries to query document on issuing office: XYZ and is unable to find the document.
