Applies to:Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.2.9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
When same LPN is counted in 2 different subinventories with no onhand quantity, it correctly voids and reject the first count. If this voided count is approved, then it launches an adjustment for the quantity counted on the voided count. When the second count is approved and posted, it moves the first count quantity, but then adjusts the full quantity out, ignoring totally the quantity for the second count. However when the same is performed using forms, it correctly adjusts the stock on the second count after the move.
LPN physical count using MSCA should post the correct adjustments as forms.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MSCA and Switch to Whse Mgmt responsibility
2. Go to Warehousing -> Inventory -> Counting ->Physical Count
3. Perform physical count for same LPN in 2 different subinventories
4. Verify the stock adjustments posted in material transaction.
