Associate Project Search in G-Invoicing ECC Projects Dashboard Causes Slow Performance (Doc ID 2907380.1)

Symptoms

When searching a project from the Associate Project link function in G-Invoicing ECC Projects Dashboard Intragovernmental Transactions (IGT) order page there is slow performance and can end with bridge failure error.

Steps followed:

  1. Use a Projects responsibility for G-Invoicing ECC Dashboard
  2. Navigate to G-Invoicing ECC Dashboard
  3. Query the Intragovernmental Transactions (IGT) record
  4. Select the Associate Project link against the above IGT record
  5. Query for projects using any filter criteria like Project Name field with “Starts” filter or Organization field with an organization value as parameter
