POOR PERFORMANCE ISSUE OF JTM MASTER PROGRAM WITH TRANSACTIONS (Doc ID 2907470.1)

While running the JTM Master concurrent program, the run is taking more than 72 hours to complete.  When identifying the records to insert into eam_m_qa_results_acc table, it always validates if the quality results are associated with a current quality results transaction. When doing this validation performance can be hindered.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The JTM Master concurrent program should not take long to complete.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run JTM Master concurrent request.
2. Set the the following parameters: Lookup, Inventory, Transaction.
3. The Transaction is taking more than 3 days to complete with SQL performance in SELECT ACC.ACCESS_ID
FROM EAM_M_QA_RESULTS_ACC
