12.2.12: How to Perform Inter-Org Transfer / Internal Order Of Consigned Material Without Consumption At Source ? (Doc ID 2907499.1)

Goal

This document describes how to use the new enhancement for Inter-org transfer of Consigned material using Inter-Org Shipments or Internal Orders (IR/ISO).
With this enhancement, user will be able to transfer the consigned material from one organization through IOT / IR-ISO and receive the consigned material in destination organization with or without consumption at the time of transfer. The new feature will be enabled/disabled based on the Consigned Transaction set up. Below four transactions are now enabled for Consumption setup:

1. Intransit Shipment
2. Int Order Direct Ship
3. Int Order Intr Ship
4. Direct Org Transfer

Here is a complete detail of how the new "Consigned Flag" on the "Consumption transaction setup" allows controlling the new behavior at different granular levels -
