RFQ Approval Notification Is Not Showing Correct From And To Approver Name And The To Approver Name Is Displayed As "Workflow System" (Doc ID 2907684.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, Auction/RFx creation

In the Action History of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) approval notification, the From and To Approver Names appear as expected for the first approver.
The action history, however, does not display any information on the From or To approver names for the second level approver and onward, and the To approver name is displayed as "Workflow System."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sourcing Responsibility
2. Navigate to Souring Home Page
3. Go to Negotiations
4. Created a RFQ, Add approvers for award approval
5. Submit for approval
6. Now Login to EBS as approver> Worklist
7. Open up Notification Approval Required: Award Recommendation for RFQ
8. First approver able to see action history display who submitted for approval
9. Second approver and onward, approvers are not able to see the action history who approved earlier and who will be next.
