Symptoms

Version 12.2.11   iProcurement

When creating requisition, if any changes are made in the Update Selected Line window
then proceed to 'Apply' then error occurs.

  Error: Supplier - Select a Valid Value

STEPS
----------
 1, Add item to cart
    - Proceed to check out -> Edit
 2. In Edit and Submit requisitions page
    - select line -> click Update
 3. In Requisition Information - Update Selected Line window
    - update  (for example Price)
    - click 'Apply'
 4. Error thrown
