Symptoms

The Advance Performance submission from the View Performance Obligation ECC G-Invoicing link has status as 'Submitted' when expect the status to display an error.
The PO_IGT_SERVICE_PERFORMANCE: Intragovernmental Performance Interface Program child process will have the following exception:


Steps followed:
1. Navigate to G-Invoicing ECC Dashboard: Query the IGT Order record for Advance
2. Select the View Performance Obligation link against that IGT Order
3. Select Partial Advance Performance against the Performance Obligation Line Schedule
4. Submit the partial Advance Performance
5. One of the child Program errors out
6. Status of the newly submitted partial advance performance is showing as Submitted.
