Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------
Comments (Remarks) are not saved on Action History after final approver clicks "Send Back to Preparer" on "Unable to Reserve Standard Purchase Order" notification.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------
Comments (Remarks) entered in response notification "Unable to Reserve Standard Purchase Order" should appear in approval action history note field.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-------------------
1. Final Approver try to Approve PO with amount more than the available Budget and receive another notification with PO reservation Failed "Unable to Reserve Standard Purchase Order"
2. The Approver send this PO back to Buyer by clicking on the Button "Send Back to Preparer"
3. Enter the Comments (Remarks) in the return note field.
4. These Comments (Remarks) are not being captured in the PO Approval Action History.
