Symptoms


ATO item nnnnn008A is a make item, but after Sales Order nnnnn8244
was booked. Looking at the Sales Order Line status change to
External Req Requested, which is incorrect status.  Expecting Sales Order
Lines to progress to External Requisition Open

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Query Sales Order nnnnn8244
3. Header: Booked
4. Line 1.1 > Item:nnnn216 > 'External Req Requested'
    Line 2.1 > Item:nnnn216 > 'External Req Requested'
