Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version,
When attempting to create repair job from depot repair the following error occurs.

Validation Error happened
FND Debug Log shows:

Invalid or insufficient component subinventory/locator information for inventory_item_id XXXXX and subinventory XXXXX
STEPS
--------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Repair Order.
2. Click on the Jobs tab,
3. click Create Job.
4. Fill out information in new form and click Submit Job.
At this point the error is generated
