"Payroll Register Totals " Report Has No Data (Doc ID 2908603.1)

Symptoms

The Payroll Register request set has been run and the Payroll Register Totals report sometimes does not have any data. The request set can be run again later and the Totals report then contains the expected data.  The issue cannot be reproduced consistently.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login into Oracle applications with US Super HRMS Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports and click on Request Set.
3. Submit the seeded request set "Payroll Register Report" with the valid parameters for the Payroll Register program
4. Review the output and find the Totals report does not have data.
