Vertex STD_USE Tax Rate Is Not Applied On Transactions (Doc ID 2908830.1)

Goal

Installed Vertex TAX to use for Receivable Transactions. Now for Missouri Receivable transaction, need to calculate “vendor tax” instead of “Sales tax”.

For some jurisdiction, STD_USE is missing but the tax is automatically created from oramast.txt file.

How to setup correctly the STD_USE tax for Missouri?
