Symptoms

When accessing the Service Request page on the Mobile Field Service(MFS)Client the spring board icon and save buttons are not available.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Mobile Field Service client
2. Navigate to Service Requests

The Spring Board Icon And Save Buttons are not available on the Service Request Page
