Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Collections Agent Form
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- Customer Account Number not displayed in Credit Card Creation page in Payment Processing
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- Credit Card creation page should show customer account number
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Log into Collections Agent Responsibility 2. Collection > Search for Account Number >Payment Processing 3. Under payment Method > select card creation in Payment Processing page 4. Customer Account Number Filed is showing blank
