Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Interface Trip Stop

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Interface Trip Stop is stuck with below error in the logfile:
Order Number :1234 Line Number :1.1 Message :Error: NoSuchElementException: java.util.NoSuchElementException

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Submit the ITS program
4. Notice it's completing with error.
