ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When uploading an amortized asset with a depreciate flag set to no, the depreciation calculation is not correct.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fixed Assets Responsibility
2. Mass Additions > Addition integrator
    Upload an asset as amortized with depreciate flag set to NO and Date Placed In Service prior to book's initial period.
3. Set the depreciate flag to Yes through Asset Workbench form
    FA > Assets > Asset Workbench : Books button
