The Date on AR Transaction Notes Reverts Back to Sysdate When Change the Date to Be in the Future (Doc ID 2909713.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade from 12.2.7 to 12.2.10, when entering a Note in Notes tab for a Transaction and change the date to be in the future,after saving and requerying again the Transaction, Note date reverts to sysdate.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:Transactions > Transactions
       1. Create a new Transaction > Save
       2. Go to Notes tab > Add two Notes, the date is showing as current date > Changed the date to be in the future > Save and Close
       3. Requery back the Transaction > Go to Notes tab > the Notes entered with future date are showing reset to sysdate
