Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, Rapidclone

adpreclone.pl script is failing on DBTier for EBS OCI instances with 19c database.
The issue has been noticed on instances provisioned using EBS Cloud Manager(EBSCM).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Connect to the source database tier and execute adpreclone.pl.
$ perl adpreclone.pl dbTier
