Symptoms
When running the Interface Trip Stop concurrent request, the following error occurs :

error in fetch_adjustments: Routine :QP_PREQ_PUB.Calculate_price ORA-1400: cannot insert NULL into ("QP"."QP_PREQ_LINE_ATTRS_TMP_T2"."VALUE_FROM")
Exception Price Request: User-Defined Exception
EXITING PRICE_LINE WITH EXC ERROR
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Order management Super User responsibility.
2. Reprice the order and Progress it to Shipping.
3. Run Ship Confirm - same delivery is assigned to multiple sales orders, where CPF (calculate price flag) is set to partial price.
4. Run Interface Trip Stop concurrent request - it fails with the above-mentioned error.
