PMS: While Creating the Performance Plan using Duplicate Icon System Shows Error "The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browsers' navigation buttons" (Doc ID 2910582.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

While creating the Performance Plan using the duplicate icon by selecting the existing plan and fill in the plan details and after selecting the supervisor the following error occurs

ERROR

The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browsers' navigation buttons



Steps to Reproduce:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login to HR Profession V4.0 Responsibility

2. Navigate to Performance Management

3. Click on Performance Plan

4. Select the plan and click on the Duplicate Icon

5. Enter the Plan Name and Start and End Date

6. Select the Supervisor field and take the values from LOV

7. After selecting and clicking on Apply the above error is shown

Note: This issue is coming only when the existing Plan Supervisor is already terminated from the system.
