Symptoms
While trying to download or open Web Application Desktop Integrator (WEBADI) spreadsheet it is navigating to initial page
but not getting pop up on browser so as to open or save the WBEADI sheet (where it tries to launch WEBADI page).
Application is waiting for some time and throwing the below error:
WEBADI Error - Your document cannot be created, please contact system administrator.

"Your document cannot be created, please contact system administrator."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Navigate to: Journal >Enter > Launch Journal Wizard
3. Select the General Ledger Integrator and download the Template
4. Application is throwing error
OR
1. Switch to Desktop Integration Responsibility
2. Click Create Document

Upgrading to 12.2.6 or above.
