In Manager Self-Service -> Transfer Process, "Position Name" NOT Shown In Review Page

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Observed that, "Position Name" field is not shown in Review Page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that, "Position Name" is shown in Review Page.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to "Manager Self-Service" responsibility.
2. Navigate to Transfer function
3. Select any Employee and click on Action icon.
4. Enter the details in the below pages one after the other
Transfer: Effective Date Options
Transfer: Assignment
Transfer: Change Location
Transfer: Change Manager
Transfer: Work Schedule
Transfer: Select A Pay Action
Transfer: Review
5. Observe that in the Review Page, the Position that was changed is not showing up.
