Symptoms

In Oracle iSupplier Portal and Oracle Inventory Management (Receiving), Release 12.2.10, an error occurs when a supplier tries to upload an Advance Shipment Notice (ASN).

ERROR
-----------------------

ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_GRP Procedure get_lot_serial_status_control

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Purchasing responsibility > Purchase Orders > Purchase Order Summary -> Query PO

2. Create the ASN uploading file in text format with three lines each with quantity 1 and a unique serial number

3. The supplier logs in to EBS.

a. Navigate to iSupplier Portal Full Access responsibility > Shipments tab > Shipment Notices subtab
b. Click the link "Upload Shipment Notices".
c. On the Upload Advance Shipment and Billing Notices page, Choose txt File and click the "Start Load Now" button
d. On the Upload Confirmation page, click the "View your file load status" button
e. See that the request ends with Status "Completed with error"
On the Rejected lines in Request page, see that only the first ASN line/shipment has the error.

- Error = ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_GRP Procedure get_lot_serial_status_control

4. Next, on the Inventory responsibility "Manage Shipments" form, check the PO shipment again and see that Qty Shipped = 1 and Qty Received = 1, with Status = Fully Received.

5. In Inventory responsibility:

a. Check if the Serial Numbers imported successfully into EBS

First serial number is not seen against this shipped item in the ASN.

b. The failed Serial Numbers gets created but does not show up in Serial Number search form, although the Serial Number LOV shows this failed Serial Number
