EAM ECC Pages Not Working Or Returning "Uncaught exception" Error (Doc ID 2911042.1)

Symptoms

On EAM - Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, 12.2.7 version, ECC - Enterprise Command Center

When accessing the ECC tabs "Work Orders" , "Assets" , "Work Requests", "Stores" initially it works mostly, but when we switch between these tabs 2nd time it either gives below error or no page is displayed:

Unable to authenticate session

An exception occured

javax.servlet.ServletException: Uncaught exception


java.lang.IllegalStateException: Response already commited



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance Super User (ECC) responsibility
2. Navigate between tabs
