PAXINEAG: The Agreement Versions Function Does Not Work as Expected. (Doc ID 2911112.1)

Symptoms

Users are expecting to see multiple versions for an agreement when selecting the agreement versions button in the agreements form.
The function is not showing multiple versions, only the latest version.

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

  1. Log into a Projects responsibility
  2. Navigate to Billing > Agreements
  3. Enter an agreement and amount = $1000
  4. Fund Project
  5. Save and exit
  6. Re-query Agreement
  7. Increase Agreement by $1000 to = $2000
  8. Save
  9. Select Agreement Versions button
  10. Page opens
    *Expectation is to see 2 agreement versions, one for $1000 and one for $2000.  What is seen is the #2000 agreement there are no versioning details displayed.
