Symptoms

When attempting to play a course as a learner using Internet Explorer 11,
the following error occurs on learner home page:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps while using Internet Explorer browser:
1. (N) Learner Self-Service responsibility.
2. Go to Learner Home -> Click on Play button for any course.
3. Error is raised.
