Symptoms

When attempting to create SKU via Multiple Items creation flow from HTML screens, following error occurs

ERROR

Secondary UOM and Defaulting are mandatory if Pricing or Tracking is not Primary.

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Development Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Item Catalog -> Create Production Items -> Create New Items -> Select ICC
3. Enter No of Items as 2
4. Select Template and click continue
5. Enter Item Number / Description in details and go to Primary Attributes
6. Here, the Tracking is populated as Primary and Secondary instead of Primary
7. As a result when Items are created by clicking on finish, EGOIJAVA program ends in error
