Multiple Orders Popup Shows Internal Sales Order Type In English And Not Norwegian As "Intern Ordre" (Doc ID 2911527.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After upgrading to 12.2.10, in iProcurement when one requisition is attached to multiple orders, the Requisition tab
shows the list of all associated orders when clicking on the 'Multiple' hyperlink. Users while viewing this hyperlink, the
popup that opens shows the Order Type as "Internal Sales Order" in English when logged into Norwegian language session.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When users click on the 'Multiple' link to view the associated Internal Sales Orders against a requisition in iProcurement, the Order
type that should be shown is 'Intern Ordre' in Norwegian and not in English.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement and navigate to the Requisition tab.
2. Create multiple Internal Sales Orders from a single Internal Requisition.
3. In the Requisition page, under the Orders column against this Requisition we should see a "Multiple" tab.
4. Click on the Multiple tab, a popup is shown in with the associated orders.
5. However in Norwegian language session, users can see the Order Type as "Internal Sales Oder" instead
of the expected 'Intern Ordre'.

Changes

 This issue started occurring after upgrading to 12.2.10.
