ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Collection Result, Add Child Data screen renders incorrectly when Child Data is viewed for an existing item before Adding Data and Child.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Add child screen should render correctly when Child Data is viewed for an existing item before Adding Data and Child.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a set of Parent and Child plan with child plan set to multi-row layout mode
2. Add results for both Parent and child plans
3. Search the parent plan and navigate to Quality WorkBench. Expand the parent plan to see child result row
4. Click on 'Quick View' to see the Collection Info popup. Close the popup after viewing
4. Now click on 'Add Child Data' to enter quality results
