STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. A new Payables Invoice is Created and Workflow Approval is initiated for it.

  2. Invoice Approver receives approval email notification to approve the invoice.
  3. Approver opens email notification
  4. Approver clicks on the link "View Additional Invoice Details".

  5. There are two possible scenarios at this point:

    1. If the approver is NOT already logged into Oracle Applications, the Login OAF Page is displayed.
Then, immediately after the Approver logs into Oracle Application, the "Interactive Invoice Details" OAF Page.

    2. But,  If the approver had previously logged into Oracle Applications before clicking on the email notification "View Additional Invoice Details" link,
Then, the get an Error OAF Page displaying the error mentioned above.
