Close Discrete Jobs Ends With Warning And Discrete Job Value Report Did Not Run (Doc ID 2913062.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Close Discrete Jobs request ended with wanrning status and Discrete Job Value Report is not executed.
In a request log file, no error occurs and all the target jobs looks closed.

Expected Behavior
Close Discrete Jobs request completed with normal status and Discrete Job Value Report is executed subsequently.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. WP > Discrete Jobs > Close Discrete Jobs (SRS) > Run Close Discrete Jobs request.
  2. Close Discrete Jobs request completed with Warning status.
  3. WIP > Discrete Jobs > Discrete Jobs > Find the job, then discrete job is closed.
