Symptoms

When trying to complete a Credit Memo getting below error


APP-AR-11387 The Reason is invalid with the current Transaction Date.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions

  1. Query the credit memo
  2. Click complete

 

 

Changes

The transaction date was updated to a different date.
