Find projects form personalization ''WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD'' is not working as expected and not showing an error for a defined trigger.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Find projects form personalization ''WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD'' to show the error.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Project responsibility
2. Open Project form
3. Go to Help > Diagnostics > Custom Code > Personalize
4. Try executing form personalization
