Symptoms
On EAM - Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, 12.2.10 version, Work Requests.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating work requests from Oracle Quality action, the work request start date (Request by Start Date) is null even if it is a mandatory field.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to have the WR start date defaulted too, same as per WR completion date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Quality Results for collection plan with action type: Create an EAM Work Request.
2. Go to Maintenance Super User > Work Requests.
3. Search for problematic WR newly created. The WR start date is null.
