When attempting to connect to EBS Maintenance Mobile Application on an Android device using a custom responsibility
, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to use EBS Maintenance Mobile Application via Android device.
2. Unable to connect and encounter the error message
