Public API Ego_item_pub.process_user_attrs_for_item Is Not Returning Complete Error Message - Seen Correctly in UI (Doc ID 2914409.1)

Symptoms

Find Public API ego_item_pub.process_user_attrs_for_item is not returning complete error message getting only Custom Validation error, Where as in UI the complete error message when the validation is failed is seen.

Error
Example:

API Errors x_mesg_data- ABC123-014-000-2023-~Custom validations failed, please contact your System Administrator.

Expected message as per screen shot of front end:

API Errors x_mesg_data- ABC123-014-000-2023-<Item> does not match with the number of tiers selected in the Package. Custom validations failed, please contact your System Administrator.

Observation :
The Pre-Validation message: <Item> does not match with the number of tiers selected in the Package. is not matching what is seen in the UI.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run API ego_item_pub.process_user_attrs_for_item and find it does not match with the front end results on error.
