Performance issues with Search by Serial Number on Install Base Search Page. (Doc ID 2914775.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search instances with serial number it fails with error.

ERROR
-----------------------
Failure of Web Server bridge
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Oracle Installed Base Agent User
2. (N) Go to Oracle Installed Base Agent User (R) -> Item Instances -> Item Instances.
3. Query for serial number.
3. Click Go.
4. The page spins for minutes and often fails with a "Failure of Web Server Bridge" error.
